Ownership
What is Myrstack?
Myrstack is private institutional intelligence: compute, models, memory and applications running within your organisation. It is delivered as a dedicated stack on your ground, to be leased or owned outright. Myrstack is kept current with updates and upgrades from Myrstack Labs.
Explore the productWho owns what?
You own what matters: models, data, institutional memory, outputs and customer-built workflows. Hardware is the only choice: lease a dedicated stack, or buy it outright.
Is this just a local AI model?
No. Myrstack combines several models into a single system, complete with applications, governance and updates.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep what you built. Your hardware, data, institutional memory, outputs and customer-built workflows stay with you. Your agreement defines where software updates and support ends.
How do I buy Myrstack?
Tell us who will use it and where. We size the stack and deploy it to a site of your choosing.

What can I use Myrstack for?
Ask anything, compare your inside info to public sources. Analyse and produce new documents, presentations, websites, videos. Turn meetings and talk into text to increase organisation memory. In brief, build and own your private institutional intelligence.
How is memory different from model training?
Memory keeps your organisation's knowledge, documents, conversations and decisions, available and linked to its sources. Training changes the model itself. They work together, but they are not the same thing.

What happens when a model changes?
Your memory stays. Models come and go. Memory remains. Myrstack helps you upgrade model layers without having your institutional memory start over.
Can I connect Myrstack to my existing system?
Yes. Myrstack can connect to all repositories, applications and information sources approved by you, and work inside the data boundaries you set.
Can I build my own applications?
Yes. And you need zero coding background to get started. Myrstack provide scoped APIs that lets your team build applications, integrations and automations on the models and institutional memory that you own.
Security
Where is my information processed?
Inside your Myrstack, on your ground, within your environment. Protected requests are processed locally. No cloud model in the request path.
Explore the boundaryCan Myrstack operate without internet?
Yes. Outbound access or internet is not needed for the core compute server to work. If needed, updates can be delivered via approved air-gapped media.
Does Myrstack see my confidential work?
No. There is no standing remote administrative path into the protected core. Support only follows procedures that you approve, and your confidential information is not required for model evaluations.
How does Myrstack simplify compliance?
Myrstack keeps protected data and processing inside your environment, eliminating the need for external AI providers or their subprocessors to receive or access that data, and the obligations those arrangements create.
Compliance by eliminationWho gets access?
Myrstack operates under the principle of least privilege. People, applications and agents get only the information and actions their role allows, with scoped permissions and controlled administrative access.
Delivery
What is Myrstack's responsibility?
Giving users a complete system: delivery, installation, model evaluation, maintenance, updates, security improvements and technical support within 24 hours. You own it. We keep it current.
How do you update models?
We track and test new models. You decide what enters your Myrstack, and when. Approved models and product updates are signed and delivered through the process that your environment requires, including offline delivery.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is fixed from day one. Usage is unlimited, with no token charges, prompt metering or compute-based fees. Subscribe to get a dedicated Myrstack, or buy the hardware upfront.
How is deployment planned?
First define workload, data boundary, users and site. Then we size your Myrstack, install it on your ground, connect to agreed sources and validate your first workflows.
What if I need more capacity?
Add sibling stacks. Compute can be pooled between your Myrstacks and shared across your teams, while adding backup redundancy.
